Ordering on-line
Prints and Mounted prints can be ordered online by clicking the 'Options &
Buy'
button at the bottom of each photograph page. From here image size and a number
of other options can be selected. Immediate and secure on-line payment can be
made using PayPal:-

Items can be added to your PayPal shopping cart by clicking on the 'Buy Now'
button. This will add your selection. From here you can either checkout
immediately or return to Steve Smith Photography to browse further.
When you checkout through Paypal you will receive an immediate email receipt
from Paypal for your payment. Please ensure you keep this receipt safe for your
own records.
Once your order is received by Steve Smith Photography, we will email you to
confirm receipt of your order. This email will also indicate the start of the
contract between us. This is simply to ensure that we do not contract, in the
unlikely event, to provide a product which we are no longer able to supply.
On completion of your order you will receive an email from Steve Smith
Photography advising that your order has been dispatched.

Options available when ordering

Print only or mounted print
Prints are printed with a border onto photographic paper.
Prints can also be mounted on to a high quality mount board ready for framing.
Conservation mount board is used and the colour and core of the mount board
will be selected to best compliment the photograph.
The dimensions of the mount board are selected to compliment the size of the
image and also to fit photo frames readily available over the counter at
craft shops. If you would like a different overall size for your mount board,
please advise this on your order form in the space provided and we will do our
best to accommodate your request. The mount board can also be cut oversize for
you to cut to size; if you would like this option please advise your preferred
size in the space provided on the order form.

Print Title & Signature
Prints can be supplied with or without a title and signature.
The title and signature would generally be hidden by the mount board during
framing, but could if wanted, be made visible in the final framed print by
selective sizing of the mount board. If you do not want the title and signature
on your print, simply uncheck the tick box on the order form.

Mounted with Titles visible or hidden
Your mounted print can be provided with the mount cut closely to show the
visible image only or it can be cut to allow the title and signature to be
visible.
If you do not want the title and signature to be visible on your mounted
print, simply uncheck the tick box on the order form.

The prints
All prints are reproduced using the HP Designjet Z2100 printer onto superior
grade photographic paper.
HP Vivera inks produce stunning colours and subtle tones which will last a
lifetime if kept out of direct sunlight and behind glass.

The following image sizes are available:-

- 12inch x 8inch [approx 305mm x 200mm)
- 15inch x 10inch [approx 380mm x 255mm]

Panoramic
- 18inch x 8inch [approx 455mm x 200mm]
- 22inch x 8inch [approx 560mm x 200mm]
- 29inch x 10inch [approx 735mm x 255mm]
The image size is the size of the visible photograph. The print size is the
size of the whole paper and is the image plus the border.
Borders are white in colour and sized 1.5 inches [37.5mm] to 2 inches (50mm).

Production times
From receipt and confirmation of your order, we will usually deliver within 7
days.
We may sometimes experience delays and these will be notified to you as soon as
possible. We guarantee delivery within 30 days.

Postage & Packaging
Postage is by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed-For, for all prints and the
smaller mounted prints. For the larger mounted prints postage will be by Next
Day Special Delivery.
For maximum protection, prints will be delivered in a heavy duty cardboard
postal tube. Mounted prints will be delivered wrapped in polythene and
sandwiched in heavy duty cardboard.
Postage and packaging is included in all prices shown.

Returns policy
Your rights to cancel and return your order are protected under the Consumer
Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations.
It is our aim to provide products which you, the customer, is delighted with.
Anything less would be a failure on our part and an unhappy customer is a lost
customer. We therefore ensure that all our products are in perfect condition,
thoroughly inspected and packaged securely before dispatch.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7
days for a full refund. As your purchase is manufactured individually we do
advise that you must take care of the product whilst in your possession and
that the return postage must be paid by you. We also recommend that you take
out appropriate postal insurance as we cannot be liable for items which do not
arrive. A full refund will be paid on the safe return of the item.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights if the item was damaged or
faulty on receipt. All items and packaging must be retained for inspection as
the Post Office may need to see them.
