Do I need a PayPal account to pay by credit card?
No. When you checkout of this website and enter the PayPal website you will
receive two options; to sign-in to your PayPal account or via the link on the
left hand side of the Paypal page to allow you to continue if you don't have a
PayPal account.

What method of payment can I use?
Buying through PayPal you can use:
- PayPal account transfer
- Instant bank transfer
- eCheque (takes up to nine business days)
- Credit card
- Debit card

Are my payments secure with PayPal?
Yes. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security
and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is
not shared with us. Once your payment is complete, you will be e-mailed a Paypal
receipt for the transaction. More information can be found

Are the prints supplied mounted?
Yes if requested. Select from the options available on the order form.
The mounted prints are mounted using Conservation mountboard in either white or
cream core. The print is secured to the mountboard using Conservation tape
which has a neutral PH to prevent the damage often caused by cheaper tapes. The
mounted print is also supplied with a Barrier board which is a neutral PH
barrier which is placed behind the artwork to prevent the damage caused by
acidic picture frame backboards.

Are the prints supplied fully framed?
Not at present. Prints only or mounted prints are supplied which can be mounted
in a frame of your choice. If you require a fully framed print please
contact us
to discuss.

Do the prints have a border?
Yes. Prints have a 1.5 inch (37.5mm) to 3 inch (75mm) white border on all sides
depending on image size.
By default, a print title and signature ('Steve Smith Photography') is printed
in the bottom border. This text is generally hidden by the mountboard during
framing, although can be made visible by selective sizing of the mountboard.
If required the title and signature text can be omitted by unchecking the 'With
Titles' checkbox on the order form.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
From receipt and confirmation of your order, we will usually deliver within 7
days.
We may sometimes experience delays and these will be notified to you as soon as
possible.
You will be advised by e-mail when your order has been received and is being
processed. You will receive a further email when your order has been
dispatched. It generally takes one to three days for delivery by Royal Mail
after this email, but could be a little longer for remote destinations.

Do I get a receipt when I order?
Yes. When you complete the transaction with PayPal you will receive a Paypal
receipt to the e-mail address you provided. You will also receive a receipt
from Steve Smith Photography with your purchase.

How can I check the status of my PayPal transaction?
Paypal account holders can check the status of their transaction by going to
their PayPal account history. Your history contains a record of all your PayPal
transactions. To view your history:
- Log in to your PayPal account at
www.paypal.co.uk
- Check history at the top of the page.
- Use the filter options to narrow your search, then click 'search'.
- Click the status link for that transaction (e.g. completed) to learn what the
status means.

Will my purchase be safe in the post?
All prints are securely packaged and insured against loss and damage during
transit. All prints are delivered in heavy duty cardboard postal tubes. All
mounted prints are delivered wrapped in polythene and sandwiched between stiff
cardboard sheets.
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class, Recorded Signed-For. Please
ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery to
avoid disappointment.

What do I do if my print arrives damaged?
All products are inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition before
packaging and dispatch, however we accept that accidents can and do happen in
transit. If your print is damaged you must notify us within 7 days.

How much is postage and packing?
VAT, postage, packing and postal insurance is all included in the price you see
against each item. There are no hidden extras.
