Watendlath (SS-90006)

Access to much of the land around Watendlath is private so doesn't give much freedom for photographers wanting to find the best locations. I need to spend a day or so walking the fells above Watendlath to look for new opportunities!
This photo was taken from the top of a small hill just off the path leading to Rosthwaite and is looking to the east over the tarn and the hamlet.

Date taken 6 August 2009.
Settings: Pentax K10D with 18-55mm lens. Exposure 1/15sec @ f/11.
