Angle Tarn (SS-90004)

My first visit to Angle Tarn and one not likely to be forgotten. I'd chosen the hottest day of the year for a 12 mile walk around the fells of Martindale, and the walk from Kidsty Pike past The Knott towards Boredale Hause was a hot, dusty and dry one. To arrive at Angle Tarn with its water the most incredibly deep blue was a most welcome sight, recording this panoramic scene was a must.
